1. The Agreement is dissolved at the Customer’s order; however, incentives, reductions, or special offers will not be refunded. This is contingent upon the Customer having paid for the services in advance.
2. We do not refund Customers for services such as ad material designs, banner ad credits, shopping ad credits, video play credits, or SEO-friendly articles. In contrast to this, we guarantee the best service quality.
3. Refund policy applies to hosting services. If a customer paid for a 1-year term and is not satisfied with our hosting service, we will refund the money to the customer’s account. To get the full money refunded to your account, it may take up to 10-20 days. But before asking for the full refund, you have to prove that our VPS hosting service is not suitable for you. If you have used our service for 1 month, then there will be a deduction for 1 month. That means you will get a refund for the remaining 11 months of payment.
4. At the time of the Agreement’s termination or service denial, any outstanding debt will be automatically repaid at the original return amount.
5. The Customer must submit a refund request to the customer representatives from their personal cabinet, along with justification for the service rejection, in order to receive a return of the money.
6. If a Customer receiving a refund of money has caused any losses to customer representatives (such as server or network outages, IP posting on a “blacklist,” fines, or other consequences), the amount of the refund will be subtracted from the total costs incurred by customer representatives, which will vary based on the circumstances of each individual case.
